01 / BUYER JOURNEY

How buyers shop safely

Buy approved listings using a verified, available USDT wallet balance.

  1. Browse the marketplace. Pick a category, compare listings and read the product description, price, stock and delivery expectations. Category names alone do not mean items are in stock.
  2. Register and sign in. Create your Buyer account and wait for Admin approval where required; keep your login details private.
  3. Fund your Buyer Wallet. Use the official Add Funds page, check USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), confirm the displayed receiving address, send only from a compatible wallet, and enter the genuine blockchain TXID.
  4. Wait for deposit verification. A deposit request is pending until an Admin independently checks the blockchain and credits your in-store wallet. A transfer alone is not an approved wallet balance.
  5. Confirm your purchase. Open View & Buy, check the total and confirm with enough verified wallet funds. Insufficient balance prevents checkout; no separate direct-wallet checkout is promised.
  6. Track order and delivery. Visit My Orders for payment status, order progress and seller-provided private delivery information. Report missing or inaccurate delivery through the dispute workflow.

How sellers start and deliver

Offer only lawful products you own or have the right to distribute.

  1. Apply for Seller access. Complete the Seller Signup form. The current new-registration process requests a 5 USDT fee via BEP20 with a real transaction hash; Admin must verify the payment and approve the account.
  2. Sign in after approval. Pending and suspended Sellers cannot publish new products. Existing approved accounts remain subject to their recorded status.
  3. Submit an accurate listing. Add a descriptive title, product details, category, price in USDT and available stock. Do not put passwords, private account credentials or secret keys in a public product listing.
  4. Wait for product review. Each new or edited listing must be approved by Admin before it is visible to Buyers. Approval does not guarantee any sales or endorse a seller's claims.
  5. Deliver verified orders. Use Seller Orders to provide private delivery details only after payment is verified. Keep your description and delivered item consistent.
  6. Receive eligible proceeds. Settlement is held pending delivery, at least 24 hours and dispute controls. Withdrawal requires available Seller balance plus Admin payout processing; a withdrawal request is not proof of payment.

03 / PAYMENT & WALLET POLICY

USDT on BEP20 only for new transactions

New Buyer deposit and Seller registration instructions use USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain), not TRC20. Confirm the recipient shown inside the official account/payment page before sending any funds. A wrong token, address or network may cause irreversible loss.

Provide a real TXID; Admin checks the blockchain transaction, amount, token, destination and confirmations. A pending request, screenshot or self-reported TXID does not prove payment. Historic transactions keep their originally recorded network.

04 / DISPUTES, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

What if something goes wrong?

Report an issue: Open My Orders → Disputes & Refunds and explain the problem with relevant evidence. In-account disputes can be filed for eligible paid orders while settlement is still held; once funds have been released, contact Admin for manual review.

Refunds: Admin reviews each request and may approve or reject it. When an eligible full refund is approved through the current system, funds are returned to the Buyer Wallet, not reversed automatically on the blockchain. No automatic refund or fixed resolution deadline is promised.

Replacement: A Buyer can request replacement consideration for a demonstrably invalid, missing or mismatched item. The Seller/Admin must review the facts and any applicable obligations. The store currently has no automated replacement button or guarantee; contact support or raise a dispute where available.

Sellers must provide lawful, authorized goods and accurate details; Buyers should check descriptions and delivery conditions before purchase. Stolen accounts, unauthorized credentials and listings that violate third-party rights are not permitted. Admin review is not a product warranty.
