2. Products & Services

We supply digital goods — phone-verified email accounts, voice numbers, creator accounts and related credentials — delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. Product descriptions, quantities and pricing are listed on each service page and form part of your order.

• All accounts are delivered with the credentials described on the relevant service page.
• Delivery estimates (typically 1–6 hours, up to 24 hours for bulk orders) begin after payment confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case a full refund is issued.

3. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for how you use purchased accounts. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam that violates applicable law, or any activity that breaches the terms of the underlying platform (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Apple, AOL, etc.).

• Accounts are sold as-is at the time of delivery; ongoing standing with the provider depends on your usage.
• We recommend changing passwords and recovery details immediately upon receipt.
• We are not affiliated with Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Apple, AOL or YouTube. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Payments

Prices are listed in USD and payable via the methods offered at checkout (card, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or bank wire for bulk orders). An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.

5. Replacements & Refunds

Our replacement and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: accounts that fail on first login within the warranty window are replaced free of charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDigitalPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost profits, suspended campaigns or platform enforcement actions — arising from the use of purchased accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
