Refund Policy

1. Replacement Guarantee

Every order from TechDigitalPro is covered by our replacement guarantee. If an account fails on first login within 72 hours of delivery, we replace it free of charge — no questions asked.

2. What Qualifies for Replacement

• Incorrect or non-working login credentials at first use
• Missing recovery details or app passwords that were part of the package
• Accounts locked or disabled before first successful login
• Quantity shortfalls against what was ordered

3. What Does Not Qualify

• Accounts that worked at first login but were later restricted due to usage patterns, proxies, or platform enforcement
• Issues reported after the 72-hour warranty window
• Accounts whose passwords or security settings were changed by the buyer
• Buyer's remorse or orders placed by mistake after delivery has started

4. How to Request a Replacement

Email Techdigitalpro08@gmail.com within the warranty window and include:

• Your order ID or the email used at checkout
• The affected account logins
• A brief description (or screenshot) of the failure

Verified claims are typically resolved with replacement accounts within a few hours.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, completed deliveries are generally non-refundable. We issue full or partial refunds in these cases:

• We are unable to deliver your order within the stated timeframe and you choose not to wait
• We cannot replace failed accounts under the guarantee
• Duplicate payments or billing errors (refunded in full, always)

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the USD value of the order at the time of purchase.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — most issues are resolved faster through support. Unjustified chargebacks may result in denial of future service.
