Privacy information

How marketplace information is used

An overview of the types of account and transaction information involved in operating the marketplace.

Effective: 11 October 2026. This is an operational privacy summary for the current marketplace and should receive a legal and data-retention review before public production launch.

Account information

Account registration and login processes may handle your name, email address, account role, account status and authentication information. Passwords should not be shared with other users or included in support messages.

Orders, listings and payment information

The marketplace records seller listings, order information, wallet balances and ledger entries. When submitting a USDT deposit or related request, transaction references and review status may be stored so administrators can verify payment activity.

Why the information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, review seller applications and products, create and manage orders, evaluate disputes and coordinate permitted financial administration.

Access and retention

Authorized account roles have different permissions. Financial and order records may need to be retained for audits, dispute handling or legal obligations. Specific retention and deletion practices must be finalized by the store operator before launch.

Security and personal responsibility

Use a unique password and protect your login details. Do not upload unnecessary personal or third-party confidential data to product listings or dispute messages. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Questions about your information

Use the available account support routes for privacy-related questions. The operator should publish a verified privacy contact channel and finalize jurisdiction-specific notices before accepting public customers.
