Terms of use
General usage rules for buyers and independent sellers on TechDigitalPro.
Effective: 11 October 2026. This page describes current marketplace operating rules. A qualified legal review and confirmation of the store operator's legal details are required before public launch.
1. Accounts and access
Users must submit accurate registration information, keep their login credentials private and use only accounts they are authorized to operate. Buyer and seller permissions differ. Seller approval is not automatic.
2. Listings and acceptable conduct
Sellers must have the lawful right to provide their products and must not misrepresent authenticity, delivery, access rights or product functionality. Stolen credentials, unauthorized accounts, deceptive services, harassment and unlawful goods or services are prohibited. Applicable third-party platform terms must be respected.
3. Product review
Listings may be moderated before publication and may be rejected or removed. Administrator approval does not constitute a warranty or endorsement of product claims. Buyers should read the full product information before purchasing.
4. Wallet checkout
Current purchases use available buyer-wallet funds. USDT deposit requests require manual verification before wallet credit; an on-chain transaction alone does not prove that a wallet request has been approved. For new payments, the displayed network is USDT BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). Users are responsible for checking the blockchain network and destination before payment; historical records retain their original networks.
5. Fulfillment, disputes and payouts
Sellers are responsible for fulfillment as described. Order records, payout holds and dispute procedures can affect funds availability. A withdrawal request is not a guarantee of immediate payout. Refund or dispute decisions depend on case facts and applicable laws. Eligible Admin-approved refunds are credited to Buyer Wallet when held settlement can be reversed. Replacement requests are reviewed individually and are not automatic.
6. Platform availability
Some listings may be unavailable, out of stock or removed. Features may require account approval or depend on manual administration. No guarantee is made that the marketplace is uninterrupted.
7. Support
Use in-account order and dispute features for purchase problems and provide accurate supporting information. The store operator must finalize contact details, regulatory requirements and governing-law provisions before a public launch.
